Charity Status

Tam High Bike Team operates as a club at Tam High School.  The requirements to become a formal 501C3 non-profit corporation are onerous for such a small organization.  None of the twenty or so clubs in the NorCal High School MTB League have a 501C3 status.  We accept donations and sponsorships to the name Tam High Mountain Bike Team the funds of which are processed immediately and are much more readily available to the Team.  If you are a large corporation who wishes to sponsor or make a donation to the Team and your company requires that the donations be made payable to a 501C3 entity, please make the check out to Tamalpais High Booster Club with the memo at the bottom saying Tam High Mountain Bike Team so that the Boosters can forward the funds to our Team.
